Dee brings a wealth of industry experience to the firm, having acted as a brokerage representative and financial representative before taking on larger leadership positions including Vice President/Branch Manager at Fidelity Investments, Vice President – Wealth Management Group at Compass Bank, and Regional Managing Director at Lincoln Financial Corporation. Most recently, Dee was Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development and Recruiting for Williams Financial Group, where he led the recruitment of over 100 financial advisors representing $35M in new GDC over the past 2½ years. Dee earned a Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas and holds Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licenses. In addition, he also holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CPRC) certification.
For over 5 years, Genevieve Sisco has been sourcing and working with top advisor talent for a wide variety of companies including Berthel Fisher, and ING Advisors Network. Currently, she serves SagePoint as a Vice-President of Recruiting. Based out of the Des Moines metro area, Genevieve works with advisors across the country.
David has twelve years of financial services industry experience specializing in cultivating profitable relationships. Previously, he was the Director of Advisor Recruiting at Lincoln Financial in Charlotte, NC where he was responsible for all recruitment activities in his assigned territory. Prior to that he worked as the Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Investment Professionals, Inc, where he was responsible for business development recruitment and account management efforts nationwide within business partnerships with Community Banks, Credit Unions, and Independent Financial Consultants. David has also held positions at Uvest Financial Services, Bank of America and The Vanguard Group. He received a Master’s in Education from Temple University, a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
As the internal recruiter for SagePoint, Stephanie will work closely with you and your VP of Recruiting to make sure your transition to us runs smoothly. She works directly with our internal departments to ensure paperwork and requirements are collected, and to make sure all of your questions receive prompt and accurate answers. Stephanie is a Certified Financial Planner™ and currently holds a Series 7, 66, 24, 4, 53 and insurance license.
Iyana Harris has a comprehensive understanding of Advisor Support and Operations procedures. She has worked closely with several recently recruited advisors in transitioning to the firm. She is well versed in our technology platforms and she works closely with our internal departments to ensure the firm’s requirements are met and transition is completed seamlessly. Iyana currently holds a Series 6 license, and has several years of financial industry and customer service experience.
